We are delighted to have been awarded an NHS Greener Communities grant to support nature recovery and to create a new therapeutic and educational green hub at our Littlemore site. Working with a broad range of partners, including Restore, Response, RHS, Wild Oxfordshire, TVERC and Oxford University’s GLAM team we are aiming to deliver a biodiversity monitoring and enhancement programme of activities. In addition the green hub will also consist of a new productive community garden space and a green courtyard for rest and relaxation. We would be delighted to have your support to develop and maintain the spaces, and to support the broad range of activities planned across the site. Activities include clearing and preparing the site, cutting back and digging out shrubs, removing saplings, creating and filling raised beds, planting, weeding and watering. A great opportunity to get active and connect with nature, and support our Littlemore community.
