Why we want you
To help maintain a clean, welcoming, and therapeutic garden space that supports the wellbeing of NHS staff and, in turn, patients, by contributing to the care and beauty of the hospital’s outdoor environment

What you will be doing
Watering plants, beds, and containers
Weeding and mulching garden areas
Deadheading flowers and removing dead or damaged foliage
Pruning shrubs and small trees as appropriate
Planting bulbs, annuals, perennials, and herbs
Supporting seasonal displays and rotating plants
Keeping paths, seating areas, and borders tidy
Removing litter, leaves, and garden waste
Assisting with composting and soil improvement
